好幾天沒有吃到甜點了, 血液裡想吃甜食的因子催促著我趕快去做點好吃的甜點出來。

翻翻手邊的食譜書, 簡單又快速的Pound Cake 剛剛符合我的需求, 那就趕快動手做吧！

到目前為止都是用直接法來做麵包, 用直接法做的麵包老化的速度比較快, 所以我總是將麵包放到冷凍庫, 要吃時再從冰箱冷凍庫拿出噴水後, 再進烤箱加熱。

這樣做麵包總是有點遺憾, 在我心裡想要用中種法做出好吃土司的想法漸漸萌芽, 剛好趁著今晚要跟妹妹的朋友S先生見面的機會, 就做條芝麻全麥土司送他吧！
